Paying with crypto is a bank transfer that clears in minutes. Ten minutes to set up the first time, under a minute after that.

1. Buy the crypto — with a debit card

This is the part people get stuck on, and it's almost always the same trap: most platforms put a hold on crypto bought with a linked bank account, because bank transfers can be reversed for days afterwards. You can see it and trade it, but you can't send it anywhere. Paying with a debit card avoids that on nearly every platform.

• Cash App — simplest if you already have it. Buy Bitcoin from your Cash App balance or debit card, then Bitcoin → withdraw to an external address. You'll verify your identity before the first withdrawal. Note it sends Bitcoin only, and the free standard withdrawal has a minimum of about 0.001 BTC, so it suits larger orders better.
• Venmo or PayPal — if you already use one, both sell crypto and let you transfer it out to an external wallet address. Familiar app, no new account.
• Kraken, Crypto.com or Strike — proper exchanges. Fund with a debit card and withdrawals are usually available shortly after your account is verified.
• Coinbase — fine if you already have an account with a settled balance. Avoid it for a same-day purchase on a new account funded by bank transfer: that money can be held for up to about 12 days before you're allowed to send it out. A debit-card purchase avoids most of that.

2. Which coin

USDC is easiest — it's a digital dollar, 1 USDC is always $1, so there's nothing to watch. Bitcoin and Ethereum work too; buy your order total plus about $5 to cover the network fee.

3. Pay

1. Press Pay with Crypto. Our payment page shows the coin choices — pick the one you bought, and a network that your app also offers when you go to send.
2. The page shows an address, an exact amount and a QR code. In your app: Send → scan the QR or paste the address → enter the exact amount → check the network matches → confirm.
3. Usually 1–10 minutes. The page updates itself and your receipt is emailed the moment it clears. You can close the page — the order is already recorded.

Zelle moves money straight from your bank account to ours, usually in minutes, with no fee. It's already built into almost every US banking app — there's no separate app to download and no account to create with us.

1. Find Zelle in your banking app

Open your bank's app and look under Send money, Transfers, Payments or Zelle — the wording varies by bank. The first time, it asks you to enrol your email address or phone number. That takes a minute and only happens once.

2. Send to us

• Recipient: item9research — add it as a new contact. Your bank will show the registered name before you confirm. It should read Bv Wellness LLC. If it shows anything else, stop and email us.
• Amount: the exact total shown on your payment page, to the cent. A different amount can't be matched automatically.
• Memo / note: the reference shown on your payment page (it looks like i9-A1B2C3D4). This is how your payment gets matched to your order. Leave it out and it has to be found by hand, which delays shipping.

3. Tell us it's sent

Come back to the payment page and press I've sent the payment. That flags your order for review — a person checks the bank account, confirms it, and your receipt and tracking follow by email. Usually within one business day.
